> Frosted Privacy Film
Large front windows
and doors are a great way to allow light to come
into your home. The negative side to this type
of entry way is it can sometimes make you feel
like you live in a fish bowl, for all your neighbors
and people driving by to look in and see what
you are doing in the privacy of your home. The
solution to make you and your family feel more
secure: apply a frosted decorative window film
to these "fish bowl windows". Most frosted
decorative window film allows for a large amount
of light to still be transmitted through, but
distorts vision to allow for privacy.

This particular
frosted window film was applied to these windows
after being put through a plot-cutting machine.
This special machine, sometimes called a “plotter”
cuts out shapes along the film, using computer
generated coordinates. Although someone with a
very steady hand can cut the film using items
such as a sharp utility knife, a strait edge or
ruler, as well as the proper cutting surface...its
best to search around your local area for a company
that can cut the film for you using precise computer
generated measurements. Stores that make signs
or vinyl cut lettering for business, may a have
plot-cutting machine and may be willing to work
the materials you bring in.
