Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product for
any reason please email support@remlor.com within
30 days of receipt. A refund for the price of
the merchandise or an exchange will be made when
merchandise is recieved by Remlor offices. Shipping fees will be the responsabilitiy of the customer.
No refunds or exchanges will be made if window
film has been cut, if the backing has been peeled
off the window film, or if the film is in less-than-perfect
condition. When you return an item, please be
sure it is in new condition, securely wrapped
and includes the original packing slip or copy
of invoice.
For refunds not at the fault of Remlor (such as shipment error) there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. For exchanges we require the customer to pay only a 10% re-stocking fee. These fees are because all of our film is custom cut to order. In addition to re-stocking fees, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges (delivery and return).
